The City of Durham is looking to hire a Grants Manager as the American Rescue Plan (ARP) funding released by the U.S. Department of Treasury will require robust community engagement and incremental administrative and fiscal management efforts as the City works to make this once in a lifetime funding positively impact our community for years to come. These tasks include managing and overseeing the full life cycle of the grant processes, monitoring and tracking costs, overseeing sub-recipients, collaborating with external and internal partners, data tracking and analysis, filing periodic required reports with the Treasury and creating transparent reporting for City Council and the larger community.
