Responsibilities

• Resolving escalated inquiries from recipients, applicants, and program personnel.
• Supporting program planning, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Leading complex monitoring and compliance reviews.
• Developing guidance, procedures, decision papers, and technical-assistance materials.
• Reviewing the work of Level II SMEs for accuracy and consistency.
• Mentoring junior grants-management personnel.
• Supporting audit responses and resolution of questioned or unsupported costs.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $115,000.
