Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Minimum 6 years of experience managing grants from application to closeout.
• Strong knowledge of federal grant regulations (2 CFR 200).
• Proficient in grant budgeting, application development, and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full grant lifecycle—from application and budgeting to closeout.
• Monitor expenditures for compliance with 2 CFR 200 and agency-specific guidelines.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure costs are allowable, allocable, and reasonable.
• Collaborate with program teams on grant applications, budgets, and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify compliance issues with recommended solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in grant management systems.
• Coordinate with finance, program, and compliance teams for seamless operations.
• Provide responsive, service-oriented support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster innovation, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Stay informed on evolving grant regulations and funding opportunities.
