You will manage government and foundation grants, coordinate the full grant lifecycle, and produce compelling proposals, reports, and stewardship communications while partnering with the Chief Development Officer to advance the organization’s fundraising strategy.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in a development office managing grants.
• Experience with government, foundation, and corporate funders.
• Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge and online donation platforms.
• Strong writing and editing skills; able to produce compelling proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of government and foundation funders from prospecting to reporting.
• Oversee grant lifecycle including research, strategy, writing, review, and submission.
• Maintain donor records and prepare dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Collaborate across departments to support fundraising strategy and annual plans.
• Provide administrative support for fundraising events and communications.
