One Federal Solution (OFS) seeks an experienced Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA)/Grants Contract Specialist to support the U.S. Marshals Service, Prisoner Operations Division, in Arlington, VA. The role processes IGAs and analyzes detention housing rates paid to county and state agencies.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 24 hours of business credit, at least four years of relevant experience, and working knowledge of the FAR. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 24 hours of business credit.
• Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive Intergovernmental Agreement applications from facilities requesting to do business with USMS or requesting a rate increase for housing USMS prisoners.
• Review each application for completeness and accuracy prior to handing it off to the Intergovernmental Agreement Specialists.
• Assist with pre-award development, including wage determinations, inspection reports, market research, and cost analysis.
• Assist with updating policies and procedures, congressional inquiries, and FOIA requests.
• Provide customers with guidance on procurement-related matters by email and phone.
