Judit Inc. seeks an experienced administrator to manage and evaluate federal and state grant programs and subgrants from award to closeout. The role supports the SMAS and collaborates with OCJG to ensure compliance and effective performance.

You will review applications, process reimbursements, maintain PGI files and participate in trainings. Strong analytical, writing and communication skills are essential, with independent problem solving.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of the criminal justice system including courts, corrections, law enforcement and support activities.
• Knowledge of statutes, federal code and manuals related to criminal justice grants.
• Ability to collect, evaluate and analyze data and improve operations.
• Ability to evaluate program performance and propose solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize data for reports and written materials.
• Ability to conduct fact-finding research and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks.

Aufgaben

• Assist in administrative and program review/analysis of subgrant applications for compliance.
• Review and process monthly/quarterly financial reimbursements and annual closeout packages.
• Assess and recommend changes requested by subgrantees.
• Establish and maintain PGI files and review quarterly PGI reports.
• Participate in conferences, workshops, and training; perform additional assignments.
• Collaborate with OCJG management to develop job proficiencies and knowledge.
• Coordinate with grant members to meet specialized needs and training requirements.
• Focus on performance problems solvable through targeted training.
