Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. seeks an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA)/Grants Contract Specialist to support the U.S. Marshals Service in the Prisoner Operations Division.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust background clearance. Responsibilities include processing IGAs, reviewing applications for completeness, and assisting with pre-award development, wage determinations, and cost analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 24 hours of business credit.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Responsibilities

• Process new and existing Intergovernmental Agreements (IGAs) and provide analytical support.
• Review each IGA application for completeness and accuracy before handing off to the IGA Specialist.
• Assist with pre-award development including wage determinations, inspection reports, market research, and cost analysis.
• Assist with updating policies, congressional inquiries, and FOIA requests.
• Support procurement-related guidance to customers via email and phone.
