Qualifications

• Certification for Supervisor/Director issued by MA DESE.
• Experience with grant writing and management.
• Strong compliance and communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Experience gathering/analyzing data for grant applications and monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Provide quarterly updates to the Superintendent on grant funding, opportunities, progress, compliance, expenditures, and grant management.
• Provide monthly grant budget updates to district leaders on funds, expenditures, remaining balances, and timelines.
• Identify grant opportunities to develop new funding resources for district services and programs.
• Act as the District’s clearinghouse for grant funding opportunities from local, state, federal, foundations, and private sources.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners on grant applications; provide technical assistance to district personnel.
• Plan and deliver training to district personnel on grant-seeking, proposal development, and compliance.
