Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• 5 years of grant writing, grant management, proposal development, fundraising, or related experience.
• Experience with federal, state, and local funding regulations (WIOA or similar).
• Experience managing private grants and donor/funder relations, and reporting outcomes.
• Strong written communication skills for quality program reports.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and cloud-based software.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and evaluate funding opportunities across federal, state, county, local, corporate, and foundation sources.
• Lead development, writing, editing, and submission of competitive grant applications and letters of intent.
• Coordinate with program, finance, and data teams to develop budgets, narratives, and supporting docs.
• Maintain a centralized grant calendar, pipeline, and reporting requirements.
• Support compliance with grant terms and regulatory requirements and track performance indicators.
