MAAC is seeking a collaborative Fiscal & Business Systems Manager to lead fiscal administration, business systems, and operational excellence for the Economic Development Department in Chula Vista, CA. The role reports to the Director of Economic Development and coordinates with Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of fiscal administration, business operations, grant administration, project management, compliance, or a related field.
• Experience with financial management systems; NetSuite preferred; Salesforce Administration.
• Three years of supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fiscal administration activities for Economic Development grants, contracts, and funding sources.
• Monitor expenditures, revenues, encumbrances, and budget performance to align with funding requirements.
• Develop spending projections, expenditure forecasts, and budget analyses for decision-making.
• Lead development and management dashboards and performance metrics.
• Supervise staff and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
