Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive accounting/finance work experience, preferably within a federally funded nonprofit environment.
• Experience with Head Start and State Funded Pre-School Programs is highly valued.
• Proven supervisory experience, demonstrating leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to team development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software systems, with a knack for leveraging technology for impactful financial management.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting and business principles, coupled with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts effectively.

• Prepare and maintain the Child Development Program budget and align resources with program goals.
• Produce internal and external financial reports for funding sources and regulatory agencies.
• Navigate fiscal monitoring protocols mandated by state and federal entities.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and program teams for onboarding and grant reporting.
• Present actionable financial insights to MAAC Board and Policy Council.
