MAAC is seeking a strategic Fiscal & Business Systems Manager in Chula Vista, CA, to lead fiscal administration, business systems, and operational excellence for the Economic Development Department. Qualifications

• Knowledge of fiscal management, budgeting, grant administration, and reimbursement-based funding models.
• Experience with internal controls, procurement, and financial reporting requirements.
• Ability to translate program requirements into scalable business processes and systems.
• Supervisory experience and staff development preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fiscal administration for Economic Development grants, contracts, and funding sources.
• Monitor expenditures, revenues, encumbrances, and budget performance.
• Develop spending projections and budget analyses to support decisions.
• Lead development of dashboards and performance metrics for decision-making.
• Direct cross-functional collaboration for grant implementation and program readiness.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements and internal controls.
