Responsibilities

• Serve as fiscal resource interpreting accounting, contracting, reimbursement, and payment processes.
• Liaise between AMO and the RHTP project team to communicate expenditures and fiscal issues.
• Collaborate with General Ledger and Accounts Payable to monitor upcoming RHTP activity and ensure proper processes.
• Review proposed RHTP activities, contract budgets, deliverables, payment provisions, and documentation requirements.
• Assist with understanding contract dates, fiscal years, obligation requirements, and liquidation periods.
• Support the review of invoices, reimbursement requests, and related documentation.
• Assist with expenditure estimates, budget monitoring, and drawdown or closeout activities.
• Maintain knowledge of RHTP guidance and applicable requirements; communicate changes.
• Develop fiscal guidance, checklists, templates, and desk guides.
• Maintain organized records and resolve documentation gaps.
