Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Grants Accountant to support the financial management and closeout of federal, state, and non-federal research grants in Nashville. This role manages a portfolio of research departments, oversees grant-related accounting activities, and ensures compliance throughout the grant lifecycle.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably Grants Accounting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of indirect cost calculations and grant compliance requirements.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting grant contracts and award documents.
• Workday experience is preferred.

• Manage a portfolio of research departments and grant-funded projects.
• Perform grant closeout activities for federal, state, and non-federal awards.
• Review grant agreements and contracts to ensure financial compliance.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Monitor grant spending, indirect costs, and financial performance.
