Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium in Anchorage, AK seeks a Grants Analyst and Reporting Manager to oversee grant analysis and process improvements while supervising staff.

You will liaise with external funders to ensure accuracy and timely reporting, and provide internal consulting on grants and performance. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on grant administration within the Alaska Tribal Health System.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Communications, English, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Five (5) years of grant management, auditing/accounting, process improvement and/or grant compliance experience in a non-profit setting.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a management position.

Responsibilities

• Analyze grant performance data and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance grant management efficiency.
• Facilitate communication, problem resolution and increased efficiencies for the division.
• Serve on the division leadership team and align resources to meet program needs.
• Provide internal consulting related to grants analysis and process improvement and manage partnerships.
• Complete internal and external written and oral reports professionally and timely.
• Provide leadership and guidance to assigned staff and set goals.
• Manage special projects as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
