Job summary

Apple Tree Dental seeks a Development Associate, Donor Engagement and Grants to coordinate fundraising efforts, manage donor communications, and support grant activities. You will collaborate with program managers and leadership to gather data, prepare proposals and reports, and ensure accurate development records.

The role emphasizes donor stewardship, event planning, and cultivation of corporate, foundation, and individual funders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in nonprofit development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grant writing, management and reporting for Apple Tree’s programs; track deadlines and prepare funder materials.
• Develop donor cultivation and stewardship plans; assist with campaigns and donor communications.
• Maintain donor records in CRM; generate donor reports and analyze data for campaigns.
