Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration or social sciences and experience in contracts and grant administration.
• Ten years experience in business administration or social sciences and experience in contracts and grant administration.
• Five years proven experience formulating, writing, editing and submitting grant applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the agency’s grant development and grant management activities.
• Research and identify federal, state, and local funding opportunities that align with the agency’s mission and programs.
• Develop comprehensive grant proposals, including narratives, budgets and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership, divisions, project directors, financial accounting, general counsel, procurement, and external partners to assess funding needs, develop competitive proposals, prepare grant budgets.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance and support to project directors throughout the grant lifecycle, including expenditure tracking, procurement, budget monitoring, reporting amendments, and closeout activities.
• Grant writing must be in large grants.
