Job summary

The DC Bar Foundation in Washington, DC seeks a Grants Database Manager to own the Grants Management System (GMS), align operations with best practices, and grow data capabilities through its Salesforce module.

You will lead data cleaning, dashboards, and reporting, support grantees, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with Programs and Tech staff to advance impact measurement in a small, mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit or foundation environment preferred.
• Knowledge of grants management processes and cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least four years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system owner for the Grants Management System (GMS).
• Set up and manage GMS protocols and provide training.
• Oversee data management, analysis, and reporting for grants.
• Manage third-party software integrations (DocuSign, Form Assembly, Tableau).
• Provide GMS support through grant lifecycles and ensure data accuracy.
