Job summary

Community Foundation of Broward is seeking a Grants Administration Manager to oversee the GLM grants database, support nonprofits, and drive data-driven decision making across Community Impact. You will manage grant workflows, report generation, and due diligence while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure high-quality grant delivery.

The role emphasizes relationship building, workshop leadership, and stakeholder coordination within a dynamic nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in database support, program administration, or operations with grants database experience preferred.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with diverse sectors of the community.
• Baseline knowledge of nonprofits; IRS rules, governance, organizational structure and program development.
• Strong and effective communication skills with experience in public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the online application database (GLM), including building applications, reporting, payment, and other forms.
• Provide pre-application and technical assistance to nonprofits preparing grant proposals and host office hours.
• Manage the post-award process including updating profile records, booking grants, setting up reports, and generating grant agreements.
• Conduct due diligence to determine grant eligibility and award qualification.
• Organize and present at workshops for nonprofits (RFP sessions, Power Builders, PR & Reporting).
• Run monthly spend reports and assist Directors with funding allocations for approved projects.
• Assist with annual Agency Endowed and Designated distributions and due diligence checks.
