Job summary

Norwegian Refugee Council in the United States invites applications for a Grants Coordinator who will support the Grants Manager in grants management, donor compliance, timely proposal development and reporting.

You will act as the focal point for mandatory PCM activities, ensure programme teams are informed of donor regulations, coordinate external reporting and assist with grant revisions and proposal development in line with policy.

Responsibilities

• Support Grants Manager in grants management, including internal and donor compliance requirements.
• Assist with timely and quality proposal development and reporting.
• Act as focal point for key mandatory activities under NRC’s Project Cycle Management (PCM).
• Ensure programme/support teams are informed of relevant donor compliance regulations and NRC procedures.
• Coordinate donor and other external reporting and grant revisions.
• Support Project Managers and Core Competency Specialists in development of proposals and reporting in line with the grant process flowchart.
