Job summary

World Relief is seeking a Program Officer to manage US government humanitarian grants across multiple country offices. You will coordinate between country teams and the home office, ensure policy and CHS compliance, and support budget, reporting, and learning activities.

The role requires experience in international development, strong writing skills for donor narratives, and the ability to multi-task across portfolios while coordinating with partners and technical advisors.

Qualifications

• Experience in humanitarian program implementation in fragile or emergency contexts.
• Ability to draft donor narratives, program designs, and reports under time pressure.
• Strong written communication and ability to work across multiple teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant/program management between WR country offices and home office stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with donor policies and CHS standards across portfolios.
• Lead quarterly reporting, budgeting, and financial tracking for assigned grants.
• Support knowledge management, learning, and sharing portfolio management best practices.
• Engage with donors and partners to present portfolio updates and achievements.
