Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University in Portland seeks a Grants and Contracts Coordinator to apply for and monitor grant funds, and to prepare and administer contracts with government agencies. You will work with the Department of Diagnostic Radiology, coordinating with OPAM and faculty collaborators to ensure timely grants and reports.

Qualifications

Knowledge of and ability to interpret federal, state, and internal guidance and regulations is essential.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management and problem-solving abilities are required.
Ability to track multiple tasks and projects through development and implementation stages while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Pre-Award Assistance and Coordination: interpret sponsor guidelines and assist with proposal development.
Contract Coordination: translate program requirements into contract terms and manage related documents.
Conduct regular searches of funding opportunities and coordinate with PIs and staff.
Develop grant budgets and coordinate submissions with OPAM and other stakeholders.
