Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a grant management professional to oversee the sponsored programs portfolio, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and tribal funder requirements. You will coordinate budgets, reporting, and audits while supporting cross-functional teams to maximize program impact.

The role requires strong communication, accounting knowledge, and experience with grant management platforms. Travel may be required to engage with stakeholders and lead external audits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college or university in a related field is required.
• Grant experience in management of programs or contracts is required.
• Contract management experience is required.
• Strong communication, accounting knowledge, and MS Office skills are essential.
• Experience with tribal health systems or Indigenous communities is preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed or culturally responsive grant frameworks is preferred.
• A recovery-oriented framework for service delivery is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare grant proposals for one or more departments and guide staff on regulations.
• Prepare reporting documents for grantors or leadership including summaries and graphics.
• Coordinate communication between grantors and internal departments.
• Assist with contracts, including generation and leadership review.
• Analyze budgets for salaries, fringe benefits, indirect costs, and other categories.
• Ensure compliance with grantor and CIHA requirements across proposals and awards.
• Maintain proposal and funding records in databases and produce scheduled reports.
• Support cross-functional teams to align grants goals with program outcomes.
• Participate in external meetings or webinars related to grant funding.
• Train staff on grant compliance, reporting protocols, and data collection.
