Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 18 quarters / 12 sem hrs in accounting, auditing or budgeting and two years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of research operations, grants and contracts administration, or budget/finance management.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with Access and proposal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-award grants management for a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
  • Oversee pre-award management and collaboration with PIs and administrators.
  • Provide budget planning, forecasting, and award closeout support.
  • Ensure compliance with sponsor and institutional policies throughout the lifecycle.
