Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and five years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, organizes, tracks, and monitors post-award funding activities and advises faculty and staff.
• Schedules regular PI meetings to discuss funded projects and assist with FACET related questions for C&G.
• Advises on pre-award activities including review of terms, budget, transmittal, cost share prep, and proposal document management.
• Serves on CSW Research Committee and prepares monthly reconciliation documents for distribution to PIs; communicates awards and activity to key personnel.
• Advises on policy development, attends C&G trainings, and supports special projects as assigned.
