Qualifications

• Knowledge of soliciting, reviewing and administering grants and agreements.
• Understanding of grant laws, policies and guidelines (e.g., CFR, OMB circulars).
• Ability to access, analyze, maintain and disseminate data using IT.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing information and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Reviews grant applications from SWMDs for completeness and compliance.
• Performs Biennial Financial Monitoring for SWMDs receiving < $250,000 funding.
• Develops and implements Qualtrics surveys and trains users.
• Attends conferences/webinars on recycling and waste topics to gain SME status.
