Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience performing any combination of grants in an educational setting, youth serving agency, or state agency.
• Experience with grant writing, planning, implementation, and management.
• Fiscal grant management experience and working with students, families, and community partners.
• Experience building relationships with schools and community partners.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage grant-related activities for 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) and federally managed grants.
• Plan, develop and implement internal grants management processes, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate project planning including evaluations, budget, finance, reports, sourcing, and procurement processes.
• Determine priorities, monitor timelines, and coordinate grant competitions or proposal teams.
• Advise grantees on procurement methods and requirements and conduct monitoring reviews.
