Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• At least five (5) years of progressive grants management, compliance, or related experience.
• Experience with government or nonprofit grants preferred and budgeting/financial reporting.
• Equivalency: combination of education and experience.

• Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and systems to ensure grant compliance with all funding sources.
• Oversee the full life cycle of grants: application, setup, budgeting, performance tracking, reporting, closeout.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations (2 CFR 200, state/city requirements).
• Prepare reports and coordinate with funders and auditors on compliance and performance.
