Job summary

Habitat for Humanity East Central Ohio is hiring a Grants + Compliance Manager to own the grants pipeline from prospect to closeout. You will research foundation, corporate, and government funding opportunities, build budgets, assemble application packages, and manage award administration and reporting with verified data.

You will work with Finance, legal, and communications to ensure on-time, compliant submissions and maintain audit-ready grant files while fostering strong funder relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, nonprofit management, business, finance, affordable housing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years in grant research, grant administration, or grant compliance including government funding
• Experience managing regulated funding from award through reporting and closeout
• Experience preparing and submitting government grant reports in federal/state/local systems
• Experience developing grant budgets and drawdown/reimbursement support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn CRM and funder portal systems
• Experience with housing or community development funding preferred

Responsibilities

• Grant Research + Pipeline Management: identify opportunities, maintain pipeline calendar, brief team, assemble budgets and complete packages
• Compliance + Award Administration: interpret grant terms, ensure compliance, coordinate with leadership and legal
• Data + Records: maintain verified data for funders, provide attachments for proposals and reports
• Funder Relationships: serve as day-to-day contact, represent Habitat at funder meetings
