Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of accounting, fiscal management, program operation and grants/contracts management preferred.
• Technical writing and communication skills required.
• Good verbal, written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plan grant applications in a timely manner.
• Maintain a reporting database of all grants and contracts, reporting periods and renewal due dates.
• Create and maintain grant files and the budget for each awarded grant.
• Review incoming grants and prepare press releases for each award.
• Track and monitor all grants/contracts reports to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide technical assistance to program managers for report reminders.
