Job summary

The Arc of Prince George's County is seeking a full-time Grants Compliance Manager to lead a $10M+ grant portfolio across federal, state, local, and private funding. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage pre-award through closeout, strengthen compliance infrastructure, and advise leaders on grant risk and donor terms.

The role is exempt with a Monday–Friday schedule (hybrid: 3–4 days in the office). The organization offers a competitive salary of $100K–$105K DOE plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, finance, accounting, business, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum four years’ experience in grants management, compliance, finance, sponsored programs, or project management.
• Knowledge of federal grant requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200, internal controls, allowable costs, procurement, records retention, subrecipient monitoring and audit readiness.
• Advanced analytical, financial, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders, funders, auditors, and government agencies.
• Proficiency in Excel and grant/accounting systems; Sage Intacct or comparable systems preferred.
