St. John’s Community Health is seeking an Associate Director of Fiscal Grants Management to lead financial administration, post-award compliance, reimbursement management, and audit readiness for a portfolio of 67 grants.

You will supervise staff, coordinate Single Audit activities, and serve as the primary financial liaison to auditors and funding entities. The role demands extensive knowledge of federal/state grant regulations, GAAP, cost principles, and strong leadership to maintain an

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent
• CPA, CIA, or CFE preferred
• Minimum 10 years of grants administration / financial management experience
• Experience with Single Audits and grant compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise Grant Administrators and ensure contract deadlines are met
• Oversee grant compliance with applicable regulations (GAAP, OMB circulars)
• Prepare periodic financial reports to funding agencies
• Coordinate audit requests and support audits
• Maintain grant documentation and internal controls
