Job summary

You will coordinate with Development, Finance and Programs, monitor budgets, prepare periodic fund reports, support audits, and maintain grant summaries for multiple programs. A Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• Four to six years related experience or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with General Ledger/Grants Module and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grants accounting from award through closeout, ensuring compliance with GAAP and grant reporting requirements.
• Coordinate award documentation with Development and Finance.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for funding agencies and grant summaries for stakeholders.
• Monitor grant budgets and variances, advising on modifications to optimize spend.
• Support grant audits and maintain accurate records and schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date files on contracts, awards, and grants.
