Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health at Jersey City Medical Center is seeking a Coordinator to manage grants for the Center for Comprehensive Care and Counseling and Testing Site. You will monitor expenditures, inventory, and ensure timely grant reporting while supporting daily operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and at least two years of grant preparation experience. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; effective communication and organization skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in grant preparation and clerical tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with grant reports and monthly Ryan White Part A reporting.
• Monitor grant compliance and assist with audits.
• Coordinate grant applications/contracts submissions.
• Maintain confidentiality of grant budgets and salaries.
• Collect data for statistical reporting on grants.
• Track departmental expenses and supplies.
• Process invoices and manage department records.
• Maintain attendance and time cards in real-time.
