Job summary

Qualifications

• This position requires experience with grants and contracts.
• MS Excel is required; ERP, Adobe Acrobat Pro and MS Access are preferred.
• Prior grants/contracts experience of one or more years is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process billings, prepare financials and reports required by the granting agency.
• Advise on fiscal matters related to grants and contracts and perform analyses.
• Manage grant accounts including invoicing, requisitions, and certifying expenditures.
• Read and interpret federal, state and grant regulations to advise PI and Departmental Staff on regulations, policies and guidelines.
