Job summary
University Enterprises, Inc. (UEI) is seeking a Compliance & Grants Analyst I to provide comprehensive financial, analytical, and oversight support for a diverse portfolio of sponsored projects.
The role interfaces with Sacramento State Principal Investigators and external funders, handling budget management, compliance, and reporting. The analyst will oversee expenditures, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare invoices, and support post-award administration from setup to closeout, with on-site
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance or related field.
- Experience in financial record-keeping and budget management.
- Strong problem-solving and independent work skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive financial, analytical, and oversight support for post-award activities.
- Coordinate with PIs and UEI staff to ensure compliance in grants and contracts.
- Monitor expenses and prepare financial reports for granting agencies.
- Prepare invoices and assist with cash drawdowns as needed.
- Maintain accounts and ensure proper documentation for sponsor requirements.
