Artheon is seeking a Community Development Specialist in Albany, NY to support the Planning and Community Development Department. You will write and administer grants from local, state, and federal sources while coordinating with municipal clients and deadlines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in planning or related field and at least three years of grant coordination experience, with strong MS Office skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum three years of grant coordination experience.
• Excellent technical writing and computer skills required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Research and identify grant opportunities.
