Job summary

The Grants and Capital Assets Analyst at Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority supports the day-to-day execution of federal and state grant lifecycle activities and the stewardship of capital assets acquired with grant funds. • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, accounting, finance, or related field is required or commensurate professional experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multi-tab schedules.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Discretion with sensitive information and sound judgment to escalate when needed.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly federal and state grant reports.
• Coordinate grant drawdowns and reconcile grant line balances.
• Maintain subrecipient records and monitoring documentation.
• Serve as liaison for capital asset records and inventory.
• Support compliance and audit readiness for grants and assets.
