Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years of budget preparation and financial management analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Prior governmental experience and contract administration experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant-related financial reporting, budgeting, and expenditure tracking.
• Coordinate with grant administrators to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare budget amendments and presentations for the Board of County Commissioners.
• Provide fiscal guidance to departments and ensure audit readiness.
