This classification performs advanced complex professional work in the development, preparation, and monitoring of the County's operating and capital budget. Duties are performed with high levels of initiative, independence, confidentiality, and accountability. Employees in this class must perform professional fiscal analysis duties of considerable difficulty requiring a high degree of accuracy.

Working Conditions
