Qualifications

• Three (3) years' experience in a position related to proposal development, program management, compliance, contracts, auditing, operations, program support, transit, and/or administration.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a field related to social science, environmental science, business, finance, English or public administration.
• Desired certification in Grants or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Tracks financial information regarding the budgets of active grants.
• Ensures compliance per local, state, and federal requirements.
• Prepares and submits reports on projects and reimbursement status.
• Enters the data and finances into relevant grant portals.
• Responsible for coordinating with staff all reporting requirements, responsibilities, and timeline for delivery of required reports.
• Aids grant-funded project managers and senior management in compiling, maintaining, and analyzing grants and project performance.
