Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Department of Medicine, Infectious Disease Division, seeks a Grants Administrator to develop grant submissions, forecast budgets, monitor fund statements, resolve accounting issues, process POs, and liaise with grantor agencies and subcontracting institutions.

You will work with Principal Investigators and Department Administrators to navigate the research proposal process and provide pre/post-award support across assigned departments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Financial Management required or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–2 years of research administration experience required.
• Experience with sponsor guidelines and financial reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and submit research grant proposals and manage related transactions.
• Assist with budgets, justifications, and financial reporting materials.
