Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with grant management accounting and federal compliance.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting including GL, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close.
• Present monthly financial results and key metrics to executive leadership.
• Prepare monthly written financial summaries for the CEO highlighting results and trends.
• Supervise, develop, and review the accounting staff.
• Coordinate with external audit and tax firms and manage grant funding accounting and compliance.
