Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field required.
• Master's degree in business administration or finance preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• Five+ years in accounting or auditing, healthcare setting preferred.
• Three+ years supervisory experience required.
• Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with PeopleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting department operations.
• Oversee general ledger entries and month-end close.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with external auditors and finance leaders.
• Identify process improvements and system enhancements.
• Supervise staff and oversee hiring, coaching, and performance.
