Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with auditing coursework or equivalent
• Two years of experience applying GAAP and GAS to accounting records and reports
• Experience handling grants from multiple funding sources and related compliance

Responsibilities

• Develops financial processes for grant management and ensures compliance with State and Federal rules
• Reconciles grants monthly with grants liaison and financial staff
• Prepares finance and budget reports, forecasts and summaries quarterly
• Reconciles grants in SAP to FMIS and assists with year-end closeouts
