Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports in compliance with 2 CFR Part 200 and grant requirements; maintain budget data.
• Ensure accounting systems operate correctly; correct errors and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of GAAP applicable to local government reporting.
• Support payroll functions for the department under Finance Officer oversight.
• Create purchase orders in the county’s financial system with oversight.
