Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs professional accounting duties of moderate to high complexity for state and federal reporting and funds management.
• Prepares federal, state, and internal financial reports relating to grants, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
• Monitors grant budgets and expenditures to ensure funds comply with regulations.
• Reconciles grant-related accounts and maintains accurate financial records.
• Assists with audit schedules and documentation for annual state and federal audits.
• Maintains internal controls and SOPs for grant accounting and compliance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
