Job summary

Delgado Community College in New Orleans seeks a Grantee Evaluation Coordinator/Data Analyst to oversee participant data collection and tracking for the GNOIP in collaboration with college programs and grant sub-awardees. The role focuses on developing data capture processes and ensuring timely data delivery for WIPS processing.

The coordinator will monitor data quality, coordinate data requests, and liaise with the National Study Team and external evaluators to support developmental evaluation

Responsibilities

• Meetings with sub awardees to discuss data processes.
• Monthly monitoring of internal and external data collection.
• Follow-up on missing or incomplete data.
• Coordinate data requests from the evaluation team.
• Communicate with sub awardees on evaluation team needs.
• Review data for completeness and quality and resolve data questions.
• Collaborate with the external evaluation coordinator on developmental evaluation and data reviews.
• Assist in data sharing for the external evaluation.

Job description

The Grantee Evaluation Coordinator/Data Analyst will be responsible for the GNOIP’s participant data collection and tracking. Data collection will occur with Delgado Community College programs and with the SCC4 grant sub awardees. The Coordinator will work with the college partners to develop processes to efficiently and effectively capture student participation and student outcome data required for WIPS (Workforce Integrated Performance System) processing.

This will include:

• Routine meetings with sub awardees to discuss data processes.
• Monthly monitoring of internal and external data collection.
• Follow-up on any missing or incomplete data.

The Coordinator will also serve as a liaison to the National Study Team and support the team in obtaining grantee signatures for an evaluation data use agreement.

Tasks include:

• Regular communication with the National Study Team.
• Coordination of data requests from the evaluation team.
• Communication with sub awardees on evaluation team needs.

For all data collected, the data analyst will review to ensure completeness and quality, and will follow up with institutions where there are questions or issues with the data. The coordinator will also collaborate with the external evaluation coordinator on the required developmental evaluation, as well as the Good Jobs and Equitable Employment Outcomes data review and analysis process.

This will include:

• Meeting with the external evaluation team.
• Providing an overview of data processes and collections.
• Assisting in data sharing for the external evaluation.
