Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher, with 4 years’ experience relevant to the role or
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Manages all participant intake, tracking, and program data collection using MBAA MIS
• Builds and maintains MIS intake portal, case management module, outcome tracking dashboards, and SBA-compliant data export tools
• Performs data entry and quality assurance to maintain accurate records
• Support and participate in strategic planning initiatives and perform other duties as assigned
