Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, this role is responsible for researching, writing, submitting, and managing grant proposals that secure funding to advance RVNAhealth's mission of delivering exceptional home health, hospice, rehabilitation, wellness, and community health services throughout Fairfield and Litchfield Counties.
As our Grant Writer, you will play a critical role in identifying funding opportunities and ensuring successful grant management from prospect research through post-award reporting.

Our target pay range for this position is $34.00 to $36.00 per hour. This pay range represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
